MacOS 13 Ventura

I finally got Ventura installed on the recent Apple Silicon Mac, I fixed the issue with the transparent windows.  However I don't have any Intel Macs with Ventura.  Could some people who have Ventura on Intel download this build and see if it functions or not.

Download for MacOS 13 Ventura

Update: Going to try to install Ventura on my Mac Book Pro, since they released an OpenCore Legacy Patcher with support for it today.
