Pale Moon forum using Cloudflare?

When did the Pale Moon forum start using Cloudflare?  Why?  I cannot even reach it any more.  All I get is a Cloudflare page that says "Connection timed out".

I have not been able to reach it either, if it doesn't start responding today I'll email Moonchild.

Response from Moonchild, he asked me to let people know.

"Our server provider has notified us of a catastrophic server hardware failure. This affects some download mirrors and the forum, with an ETA for resolution on Monday. Our provider has indicated there should be no data loss."

Further update, temporary site in place:

Unfortunately, the server hosting the forum has experienced catastrophic hardware failure and is currently unavailable.
Our infrastructure provider has indicated that replacement hardware is on its way but will take a few days.

Current ETA for services being restored is Wednesday 14 June 2023.
